Dinner for two (二人晚餐）. 如往炒长寿面，都是先煎至金黄色再用热水煮一下，冲洗滴干才炒。 总觉得煎的方法虽煮出来的面不会烂烂， 但油的用量很多。 所以, 这次只把它浸在水里大约五分钟，盛起滴干。 呵呵。。炒好的面还不赖，但长寿面本身还蛮咸的，没下很多调味面却很咸。 Posted by the mum who cooks. Thanks for taking the time to visit this memorial site. This has been set up in memory of my mum who fought breast cancer and its return for nearly 2 decades. Throughout she was a loving and caring mother, with a commitment to continuing her teaching at a special needs school and with a determination to never give up or let cancer affect her life. Mum was diagnosed a second time around in 2005 where the life plan to move to France was already underway. Now you'll finally have no pain or problems.
