Eat Less, Move More. Skip to primary content. New year…. No chocolate? December 31, 2011. It’s new years eve and I’m feeling rather pudding like…. I have consumed far too much chocolate for one person over the last two weeks. I love chocolate – I’d go as far as say I’m addicted to the stuff which can’t be a good thing can it? Anyway, enough is enough – and as of midnight tonight I’m going cold turkey (pardon the horrendous Christmas pun! 8230; No more chocolate for me for the whole month of January!

And I comfort ate and the weight started to go back on. I think if it wasn’t for the exercise a lot more would have. And to be fair, it’s not that I now look really over weight again. My Mummy Daze
Tuesday, 9 December 2014. Last week I shared how I've been travelling with life now that I'm working full-time. It felt really good to be honest about the challenges and that I'm enjoying the change too. This is very much not the case and I've been so proud of how easily the kids have adjusted to me being around less. I have to add though, that despite moving in a positive direction and loving this new life of mine, I haven't felt as resilient of my kids have. There have been some really tough times.
