Januari-Juni = 6 bulan dikurangin gue diklat 1,5 bulan jadi waktu efektif 4,5 bulan . 1 bulan sekitar 4 minggu that means sekitar ada 18 minggu. 1 minggu 5 hari kerja means dalam 4,5 bulan itu 90 hari efektif gue di kantor. 90 hari dibagi 28 sama dengan 3, 214 sekian-sekian hari maksimal waktu tersedia buat 1 rekomendasi.
