Thursday, July 21, 2011. 最近生活一样很有规律，不过多了一个活动：运动！对，没错，最近都有去跑步=P. 我一个人的话一定跑不成的，因为很懒惰的关系，所以就约了何丽云小姐跟我一起跑，互相督促:). 虽然放工会到家还蛮累的，平均每天大概6.45pm到家，可是不能把累当借口。对，这样想就对了。 每天待在冷气房里，特别是在手术室，冷得像冰箱一样的地方，一滴汗都不会有，是很不健康的。跑步流汗后就会觉得很爽，可以纾解压力，可以比较健康，又可以减肥，一举多得！（主要是为了减肥啦 ）一定要继续维持下去啊 本人最缺乏的就是毅力跟恒心了 . 算了吧 船到桥头自然直。迟点再打算。哈哈.
