I don’t want to create adults who can’t find happiness unless it is being handed to them by someone else who is defining what happiness means. I am not sure how different or the same this recipe is for Pumpkin Pie but it is the only one we have ever used). 1 Pie shell (we use the frozen ones). 3 eggs, slightly beaten. 1 cup of sugar. 1/2 teaspoon of salt (or a pinch of salt). 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon of cloves. 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon of ginger. 1 can (15 ounce) pumpkin. 1 cup of Evaporated milk. Instead of using the spices separately we used the Pumpkin Pie Spice! Heat oven to 450. Add in Pumpkin and Milk BEAT WELL.
