Thanks and a little story. So much for consistency. Add it to my list of things to work on. Today, I am thankful for:. My friends who refuse to allow me to be a hermit. My family who hug, encourage and order me to suck it up. My boys who challenge and amuse me. . . which leads me to the story part of this post. This morning, Matthew lobbied hard for donuts. I campaigned equally hard for organic rainbow Os. His argument: he'd been (relatively) good, donuts are yummy, he wanted one really bad.

So, apparently, the last disc of Sex in the City is the Bonus Features. I finished the series with the episode I mentioned before. Silly me. I went on a walk last night. I walked 2.8 miles in 43 minutes. Not too shabby. I'm rather proud of that. I found the key to getting myself to move. Audiobooks. I set my pace and got so wrapped up in the story, I didn't alter it.
