My New Rules of Lifting Log. Just to keep track of my workout. I tried yesterday and I tried again today, but I just couldn’t get up at 4am. I’m guessing that I still need some rest to get completely over my cold. I feel much better. I still have a lot of congestion and a residual cough, but my body feels a lot better. My New Rules of Lifting Log. Just to keep track of my workout. Did horribly on Strength II. I actually liked the workout. They were all under an hour long and I felt good once I was done at the gym. It was just getting up early the next time that was the problem. I’m going to enjoy this week off, then I’m going to back to another program that’s not Strength related. When you look at the workout on paper, it looks really long, but it moved along pretty quickly. I did notice that I finished the last set of swiss ball crunches at 5:45am.
