I love that I can use frozen peaches, which means that I have all the ingredients on hand most of the time. These muffins are always a hit at playdates! However, my kids don't like them, of course. Wednesday, April 7. Chicken Piccata Pasta Toss. Hint: it did NOT take 30 mins! Although there was wine and plenty of conversation involved, so that could have contributed to the time lapse.). I thought this was really great and easy. The ingredients are items that I usually have on hand also, so that will make it a go-to recipe for me! Chicken Picatta Pasta Toss. 1 pound penne rigate pasta, cooked al dente to package directions. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, chopped.

Wednesday, April 7. I made that last tomato sauce last month, and this Marinara Sauce this last weekend. JACKPOT. I loved loved loved this recipe. It was so so so so simple. And the end result was just perfect. I served it over four cheese ravioli and even four kids liked it! I will definitely make this again and again. I did make a couple changes to the recipe. Combine in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat:. 1/3 cup olive oil. 3 garlic cloves, halved. Salt and black pepper.

Wednesday, March 31. What happens when you procrastinate? You FORGET how you made the above soup :) I have a picture, though! I made this for the girls when they were sick during (the whole month of) February. They actually ate it! I can hear you all the way from here! I've made a bunch of Chicken Noodle Soups through the years and for some reason, this one really hit the spot. Olive oil (once around the pan.ish). Chicken broth or boullion. Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced.

Two crazy mommas hiking with 4 kids. at one point a bird flew out of some random hole right next to us while we were stopped. we both screamed at the top of our lungs, people laughed at us, and then i dumped my stroller into a ditch! The views were simply breathtaking and we saw some whales throughout the day, which was fun for kaia. layla was just along for the ride, and snacks! Good job pushing those kids! Wanna do it again?

Monday, June 07, 2010. I hope you dance. I'm still having a hard time believing that Kaia graduated from preschool on Saturday! Today is the first Monday of our summer break and I must say, I'm a little sad. We loved her school and teachers and I'm bummed that Layla cannot go until next year. Kaia starts Kindergarten on August 1. My how the time does fly. We're so proud of you Kaia! Keep singing baby girl. This world keeps spinning. And with each new day. I can feel a change in everything.
