We attended the annual Walker family Easter party, the kids love the tractor trailer ride. Ree had a party with some of her friends to celebrate her birthday belatedly. We made it to Saint Geor...

http://rubowhappenings.blogspot.com/2015/03/my-big-back-yard.html
Making memories one day at a time.and then I write about it. Sunday, March 29, 2015. My Big Back Yard. This morning I awoke to a loud noise I'd not heard before. It sounded like it was right outside my bedroom window! I knew it was a bird, what sort of a bird, I knew not! We have pheasants that live in the field behind our house and they can get quite noisy. This was not a pheasant! What in the world was it? A Sandhill Crane. Who knew? This evening, The Natives informed me that there are now four! Nani I...

rubowhappenings: September 2014
http://rubowhappenings.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Making memories one day at a time.and then I write about it. Monday, September 29, 2014. It has been raining buckets here. Loads and loads of buckets. The moisture is needed so badly. It's hard to be upset at how much rain we've had the last few days. Unless you're a little native who wants to play outside but with temperatures dropping and cold rain pelting you in the face, playing outside doesn't last very long. What's a body to do? Who needs a front door when it is pouring rain? Next mystery. What...

http://rubowhappenings.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Making memories one day at a time.and then I write about it. Tuesday, August 25, 2015. Today, The SM, Levi, and I met with a dietitian from Primary Children's Hospital. The appointment was one I have been looking forward to ever since we heard the words, "Prader Willi Syndrom" three weeks ago. Has it been three weeks? I have been counting down the days to today for answered questions. So many questions! But, it's been worth it! Today, Levi weighed in and in the last three weeks, he has lost seven pounds!
