真言宗智山派 宗教法人 明清寺
延宝四年 一六七六年 石川民部 幸正 が松伏に建立した静栖寺を本寺とし、その周辺に末寺二十二を建立して、併せて二十三カ寺を、世間では俗に民部寺と言っていた。 民部は通称 幸正 といい、松伏の旧家である石川家の三代目で法名 道忠 という。 幸正が寺院を建てたのは熱心な仏教信者であった祖父 幸道 の遺言 王法を尊び仏法を信ぜよ この一言が寺院建立の大きな理由らしく、遺言をあつく守って仏教を信じ民部寺が出来たと伝えられている。 この明清寺の寺号は 明 妙 清 、幸正の母の法名を妙栖からとったと思われる。
