Thursday, May 24, 2012. 8226; 3/4 cups 3 Tablespoons warm water (110°F). 8226; 1/2 Tablespoon dry yeast. 8226; 3/8 cup quick-cooking oats. 8226; 1/6 cup honey. 8226; 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 8226; 1 1/4 teaspoons salt. 8226; 2.5 cups all purpose flour. 1 large egg (beaten) mixed with a tiny bit of water. Lightly oil your loaf pan. Punch down dough and shape into loaf. Be sure to tightly shape it so that there are no air pockets. Place loaf into your pan. Ready for some butter! Monday, May 21, 2012.
