I was browsing one of my friends photos and came across a dish; Scotch Egg. I was interested to do it, so I asked my friend for the recipe and also Google-ed it. Well it’s a very simple dish actually. Made it for breakfast/lunch today with mashed potato. I modified the recipe according to my preference. So first the recipe for Mashed Potato:. 4 potatos (skinned and boiled).

Its all about what makes me who I am now. Monday, June 13, 2011. So as the title says, its the first day of my classes. Basically it was like the normal classes I attended in my previous college. My first class was Cell Biology and Genetics. I m hoping to get exempted for this subject. Lets wait till next week to know the exact results. Then I had 5 hours break. And my cousin, Shanker anna bought durians for me. I was craving for durian since last year. Today the crave was satisfied! I ate until I was too full. Hehehehe. Thanks akka and anna!
