January 25, 2015. Lately, I have been working on balancing a busy schedule (who isn't? I often wonder how other people live and what that might feel like. How do other people balance their days? It is so cold here; there is frost on everything). Though it doesn't always work this way, I like to wake up in the morning and have my first thought be gratitude. thankful that I get another day to do this and be here. July 1, 2015. Yesterday, I worked on a drawing I've been saving since 2013 (above). I was never satisfied with it, so reworking it has been very gratifying (below). The result is a lot more magical. Lichen Home", graphite on white paper, 11" x 12". ( available here. August. Stark versucht bin ich ja, "schon" zu sagen, aber irgendwie soll man das ja nicht. Wenn ich allerdings an die Hitze denke, überlege ich es mir vielleicht doch nochmal anders. Herbst ist gemütlicher, weil deutlich kühler. Nun denn, immerhin denke ich gelegentlich an den kommenden "inktober" und wie ich das dieses Jahr bewältigt bekomme XD. August 4, 2015 at 8:23 AM. Geralt kommt in die "heiße Phase", will heißen er ist baaaahaald fertig. Die Haare werden noch etwas Arbeit beanspruchen, dann noch die Details und die wirklich allerletzten Schliffe. Desperate for a need to rise. Zwischenschritte, von der Bleistiftskizze bis zur ersten Farbschicht :). Ich liiiiiebe Gold-Details :3. Alles in allem habe ich bei diesem Bild ein paar Dinge etwas anders gemacht, vorwiegend aus dem Grund damit es heute fertig wurde XD Aber da mein Output an Bildern momentan sehr mau ist komme ich so vielleicht zu etwas mehr.
