For my love ones when I am not around. Monday, August 25, 2014. 3/4 tsp instant yeast. 80g cooked mashed pumpkin (will require 150g raw pumpkin). 4 tbs pumpkin seeds. I'm using a 11.5 x 11.5 x 24cm loaf tin. Steamed pumpkin for 15mins. Drain away water and mashed using a fork. Pour in milk and condensed milk, warm slightly. Add in yeast and leave for 15mins. Mix the rest of the dry ingredient together, add in yeast mixture. Machine knead for 5 mins, add in butter. Knead till the dough become smooth.

For my love ones when I am not around. Thursday, May 7, 2015. Steamed Carrot Cake 2. 500g Raddish. sliced thinly. 1 dried cuttlefish (optional). 3 tbs pork lard, mashed to small pieces (optional). Method (yields 9"inch pan):. Boil 900ml water in wok. When boiled, add in raddish and cuttlefish,turn to low heat for 15mins. Add in garlic, chye poh, pork lard, sugar and salt. Mixed all flour together and add in 350ml water. Pour in the flour mixture to the raddish mixture, stir evenly. Seafood stew in pumpkin.

For my love ones when I am not around. Saturday, May 9, 2015. 4-5 sliced raddish (optional). Preheat oven to 180 degree. Chopped all vegetables in big pieces, need not peeled and lay it over the baking tray. Put chicken carcasses on top of the veg. Transfer it to a pressure pot, fill it with water till 3/4 full and boil it for another 25mins. Store it in container for later use. Recipe adapt from here. Sunday, June 7, 2015. 2 tbs oil (prefer pork lard). 1 garlic, chopped. 1 tbs fish sauce. 1 tbs chye poh. 1 tbs spring onion, chopped (optional). 2 eggs, beaten. 1 tsp chilli paste. Carrot cake, sliced (see homemade carrot cake here. Heat up wok, add in oil. Add in chye poh, garlic. Add in carrot cake, mix together. Add in fish sauce. Pour in eggs and cover the carrot cake fully. Don't stir, just leave it with medium heat till the bottom is slightly crispy.

For my love ones when I am not around. Thursday, October 23, 2014. Using the same bread dough recipe as garlic bread bun. Roll the dough flat (square). Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on it. Roll it and cut into 8 parts. Place it into a pan and bake till cooked. Green Tea Chiffon Cake. Yields 21cm chiffon pan. 1/4 tsp baking powder. 15 tbs green tea powder. Beat egg yolks and sugar till pale. Add in other wet ingredients and mix. Add in all dry ingredients. Beat egg whites till foamy. Remove cake only when cooled.

For my love ones when I am not around. Thursday, January 4, 2018. Chinese Style Mee Goreng. 1 big pcs fish cake, sliced. 1 big onion, sliced. 1 garlic, chopped. Yellow mee (2 serving). 3 tbs chicken stock. 1 tsp dark soy sauce. 1 tbs light soy sauce. 1 tbs oyster sauce. 1 tbs chilli sauce. 1 tbs sambal chilli. 1 tbs shao xing wine (optional). Fry egg quickly till half cooked and scoop up. Fry onion till fragrance, add in garlic and fish cake. Then add in seafood and veg, noodles. Monday, December 11, 2017.
