Committees and volunteers are an essential part of any homeowner association. When all the responsibilities fall on a small number of individuals, it makes for burned out people. Volunteering is a great way to make a difference in our neighborhood. If you would like to participate on any committee, or have a new project in mind, please send them an e-mail. The Chairperson for each of the PPNA Committees may attend PPNA Board Meetings and may submit articles for the newsletter.

What is the ACC? The Architectural Control Committee is the committee set up by the Board to help maintain/increase the property values of all homes with the neighborhood by ensuring that all home improvements or modifications are within the guidelines set out in the CCRs and By-Laws. Who is the ACC? The members of the Committe are residents from the Park Place neighborhood. Anywhere from two to eight members can be on the committee. Why do have the ACC? Is worth a thousand words.
