Tuesday, 25 September 2012. I decided to try my hand at making preserves - something I have never done before! My organic vegetable garden has been completely overtaken by my tomato plants and as the weather has been much warmer after winter - my garden was filled with tomatoes. I made some relish a few weeks ago - just a basic tomato and onion mixture which is perfect for pastas, but as you can see. I have a LOT of tomatoes - about 5kg's so I decided to make some tomato chutney! 250g onions, chopped.

Monday, 5 August 2013. Super Easy Braai Bread - Roosterkoek. Super delicious Braai Bread Ingredients:. Combine the self-raising flour and beer until a dough consistency forms. The dough should not be too sticky and stick to the bowl and your fingers or too dry - i.e. it should not crumble apart. After you have braaied or cooked all your meat on an open flame, place the braai bread on a grill over medium heat. Allow to cook until cooked through – turning regularly. Once done serve warm with butter and JAM!

This was from Chris' coworker (The Bowen Family) who took them to as many tourist sites, can't forget the local foods too while in Hawaii. I wish I was there! Savannah, GA 31406. Especially during mealtime, it would even be more enticing to eat!
