Better than I thought I would do. Really even pace. 8 laps of a 1.25 mile course on the Asbury Park, NJ boardwalk. My PR for the race is 1:21:41 in 1995 (13 years and many pounds lighter ago). 2018 - Brownson Style. Gearing Up for Fall. The weeks just fly by. The kids have settled well into their school. Hudson can now write his first and last name on his own.
