Well, not much new to report on the recovery front. I am becoming more proficient with crutches (although Dr. Kregor never told me I could use them! I can at least hook the sock over my toe, then put my foot on the floor and pull the sock on while bent at the waist . ok, nevermind . it's just really hard! Oh - and also...

About 4 1/2 months post RPAO . seeing the light. So I'm about 4.5 months post-op now. I'm walking on both legs, unassisted! It's so easy to over-analyze daily progress . it's dangerous! While I may not physically feel 100%, I am thankful for being alive and being able to walk! Not everyone is this fortunate at this stage of PAO recovery.
