Flash Back Thursday’s. July 30, 2013. July 30, 2013. Well, the fam bam and I have tired clean eating before. It wasn’t too bad and we all felt a lot better… But the plan to eat healthy did not last long. We only did it for a week or two and went back to our old ways of quick meals and fast food. Well it has now been a month or so that we have been in this rut and we are sick of it… literally and hypothetically.
