I hate trying to sleep because it’s so silent. I hate the silence because it makes me think. I hate thinking because then, I’ll start overthinking. I hate overthinking because it makes me anxious and nervous. And I’d end up crying because of the fear. But I like crying. Because it exhausts me, and eventually I’ll cry myself to sleep.
