Monday, September 2, 2013. You can do anything for 24 days right? I recently started using some of Advocare's products, primarily Spark. I have completely replaced coffee with Spark. I just love this stuff. Anyway lately I've been feeling fatigued half-way through the day and know that I need to be taking better care of my body. I'm what you call "skinny-fat". Here, look it up. Monday, September 2, 2013. So the big 2-8 is coming up shortly and I'm realizing that I am at the end of my 20's. How did that happen? Complain though.
