I love watching the cooking shows on t.v., the fancy presentations and the unusual ingredients. But after a long day at work, all I want is something fast and easy that actually tastes good. I think cooking should be fun, I don't think anyone should stress too much about making it fancy, or terribly pretty. Just have fun and if it doesn't work out, chalk it up to lesson learned.
