Chapter offers Scholarship for WRIPMA Conference. Posted by Douglas Detling. February 12, 2015. The Oregon Chapter is offering a scholarship for attendance at this year’s Western Region IPMA-HR conference to be held in Seattle April 29-May 1. The scholarship is intended to cover travel, attendance and lodging up to $1,000. Applicants must be or become an Oregon chapter IPMA-HR member, be an employee from an Oregon public agency and must not have conference attendance funding from any other public funds.
