Wednesday, October 29, 2014. This week was about the same as last week - successful and cooperative. It was the last week doing OT with Irene (OT sub) and things went really well. Sunday, February 15, 2015. February - first half. The past two weeks have been busy. Emmett has been doing well with his new, full schedule and there have been two new changes to it. First, the teachers at Fraser decided it would be best to have Emmett switch to a different classroom because he has been doing so well! He seems to be doing well in his new classroom where he is expected and has more opportunity to socialize with peers. In the end, it's been easier having him ride the bus both ways. Emmett ...

Sunday, June 14, 2015. June - first half. Not too much to report this half of the month, except for one big accomplishment. Emmett went pee on the potty in public for the first time. :) He even went without his seat insert. I was speechless. We were having pizza with friends and Emmett said he had to go pee-pee. Wednesday, August 27, 2014. This week was a big one for Emmett. :) He started using his new therapeutic listening system and has been really cooperative! I feel like I am already noticing differences in him. One of the playlists causes him to talk to us nonstop! It's pretty funny. We have also noticed him singing more in front of people (he normally never sings in front of us). So some wheels are starting to turn in that brain of his that weren't turning before. Friday, May 22, 2015. May - first half. Trying to outrun the wave while not letting the sand touch his feet at the same time. Emmett also had a hard time with transitions while on vacation. The hardest transition each day was going from the pool back up to the condo. We had to prep him plenty of time in advance to make it as smooth as possible. Sunday, November 16, 2014. Kids in the neighborhood were invited to the Yoxo shop to be a part of a KSTP news segment. Jeff was being interviewed and wanted some kids building in the background. We live in St. Paul in the Lexington/Hamline neighborhood about two miles west of downtown St. Paul. The closest landmark to our place would probably be the Governor's mansion. We really like this area. It's very close to Ethnie's school (3 blocks) and only a 10-minute drive from where Matt works. We also love it because it's close to the city! Our place in the winter. With the new chairs. Playroom/office (workstation is around the corner). Hallway down to bedrooms and bathroom. More pictures to come!
