All about the food. August 30, 2016. 1/2 praška za pecivo. 12-15 dkg crne čokolade. Schwartau džem borovnica (pola teglice ili prema želji). Bijelanjke istući u snijeg i dodati malo soli i šećer i vanil šećer. Pomješati žumanjke praškom za pecivo (pola vrećice). Čokoladu otopiti na pari i ohlađenu umješati u žumanjke. Spojiti obje mase lagano miješajući i usuti u kalup (prethodno namašćen i posipan brašnom). Tijesto peći cca 35 min na 180 C. Izvaditi, ohladiti pa premazati pekmezom i šlagom.

All about the food. May 2, 2016. 2 žlice kiselog vrhnja. 1 buča cca 1,5kg. 250 ml slatkog vrhnja. 140 g smeđeg šećera. Pomješati žumanjak s vrhnjem i umješati u ostale sastojke, staviti u namašćen kalup i u hladnjak na 1/2h. Buču narezati na kockice i peći cca pola sata na 200 C dok ne omekša, ohladiti i izmiksati štapnim mikserom u pire. Izmješati izmiksanu buču sa ostalim sastojcima. Tijesto peći cca 20 min na 200 C. Dobro ohladiti i poslužiti. May 2, 2016. Kinder bueno – snoopy torta.

All about the food. December 23, 2015. Imam kokosovo brašno koje nestignem potrošiti koliko ga malo ide u kolače. Dosada sam ga stavljala u palačinke skupa sa običnim pšeničnim brašnom u omjeru 1:5, znači na jednu žlicu ovog brašna cca 5 žlica običnog i pokazalo se kao zanimljiva kombinacija. Ako bi ga bilo više palačinke su bile nekako žilavije i ne mekane, tako da sa takvom strukturom nisam bila zadovoljna. All about the food. Kinder bueno – snoopy torta. December 21, 2015. Nećacima za rođendan sam obećala napraviti tortu. Obožavaju Kinder bueno tortu i pred par dana gledali su i crtani Charlie Brown. Zašto bi ja napravila klasičnu tortu kad se mogu malo igrati 🙂! Odluka je pala na moju vrziju iste ali bez nutelle i bez pudinga iz vrećice tj. drugim riječima bez konzervansa. Bili su prezadovoljni pa evo i postupak kako je to išlo:. 6 žlica brašna (100 g). 10 žlica šećera (130 g). 3 žlice mljevenih lješnjaka.
