She read it this morning and thought it was the funniest word she’s ever heard. So, here is goes. On the menu is barbecue ground beef, basmati rice and sliced tomatos. I don’t have a lid for my saucepan, so I used a plate to cover it while the rice cooked. It didn’t work out so well, the rubber ring on the bottom of the plate fell off into the rice. Tangy barbecue ground beef. 1 lb ground beef. 1 large onion, chopped.
