Diary of the 2 Brothers. Friday, November 29, 2013. Other day I decided to make some noodles and the boys wanted to join in the fun. I use my Omega Juicer to cut the noodles. The nozzle that I used were too big and the noodle took very long to be cooked. Next time I will use a smaller nozzle. Hubby prepared the soup base and each of us had our own bowl of this for dinner. Diary of the 2 Brothers. Friday, May 31, 2013. Food that we savour on recently. Korean Style Egg Bread ( Gaeran Bbang. I made this a couple of times and did not follow the recipe exactly. I used quil eggs for the filling and omit bacon, substituted parsley with dried coriander as that's what I had on hand. Then I shredded some cheddar cheese on top before I topped it with dried coriander. This is my go to recipe whenever I wake up late during the weekend and need a quick breakfast. They never last more than a couple of days. The nutty flavor of the quinoa coupled with the sweet full flavor of cauliflower makes these patties irresistible! 1 cup (uncooked) quinoa, follow box instructions. 1/2 small head of cauliflower, chopped small. 1 cup chopped onions. 1/2 cup grated parmigiano. 1/2 to one cup whole wheat bread crumbs.

This has been our go to fish dinner recently and it is so easy to make! As with all our recipes we always stress that quality of ingredients is key to deliciousness! Sweet tomatoes 3 cups. I had leftover cabbage, some cremini mushrooms (a pint) and a few slices of turkey bacon. I tried it and love it and it has been my breakfast for a few weeks now! You get the nutrients from the fresh ingredients but also the fiber!
