Donnie Snow was CEO of Polar Bear and CDI. for three years he invited over 250 sales staff to Summer Snow for music, great food, and learning. The three day event was organized with the local hotel that is only 10 minutes away. All events were at Summer Snow with sleeping arrangements on site and at the hotel. Gary’s first lobster was at Summer Snow when he came with 250 staff from Polar Bear for a sales conference.
