http://livingoutsidethebox2012.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Living outside the box. Thursday, December 20, 2012. First monitoring appointment. check! So I had my first appointment in Wexford bright and early yesterday morning! Had to be there at 8:30 so had to leave my house by 6:45 am. Nothing like driving 3 hours total for a 25 minute appointment ;). The lupron shots are no big deal now. My belly is a little sore from being a pin cushion, but not too bad. Continuing on with them for awhile longer. Transfer is getting so CLOSE! Friday, December 7, 2012. Anyway, ...

http://livingoutsidethebox2012.blogspot.com/2013/01/i-suck-at-updating-my-blog.html
Living outside the box. Thursday, January 24, 2013. I suck at updating my blog! Thought I'd just get that fact out of the way with the title, hehe, now for the updating! My belly is no longer a pin cushion, lupron shots are long behind me. I started a regimen of just estradiol 3x day and crinone 2x day on Jan 6th, which is what I am currently at for meds. Egg retreival from the donor was on the 7th and they got 12 eggs fertilized! There I bought a map of Manhattan so we weren't completely lost. Monday mo...

Living outside the box. Friday, April 26, 2013. I know I haven't kept this up, but life gets in the way I guess. The pregnancy is going very well, nice and boring :) I am 17 weeks 4 days today! I randomly feel a thump from the baby but nothing regular yet, I have a doppler at home so I check the heartbeat at least once a week. Always good and strong and very easy to find now. I am not sick anymore! Next appointment is scheduled for May 14th and it is a big one! Anyway Walker amazingly is going to be just...

Heard the heartbeat, always amazing :) I am so happy for K and H, they are going to be parents before we know it! We are now hoping for a very uneventful 8 more months. I am 7 weeks as of yesterday and doing very well. No more spotting scares, morning sickness is bearable. Fatigue is my worse symptom. can't wait for that second trimester energy! Or just getting off the meds! They grow so fast :).

http://livingoutsidethebox2012.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Living outside the box. Thursday, September 27, 2012. Birthdays and Tests and oh yeah. Potential IP's! Yesterday was my 29th birthday - Holy crap how did that happen? My mom got me a kick-ass new computer chair, Allen got me a heated blanket and a new coffee mug (plus we went and ate some chinese food while mom stayed with the kiddos). Seriously do they want me to never get up and do housework again? So as far as the surrogacy. I HAVE AN IP PROFILE! I ended up having to shut everything out and logging ba...

Living outside the box.: Its a GIRL!
http://livingoutsidethebox2012.blogspot.com/2013/05/its-girl.html
Living outside the box. Friday, May 17, 2013. My 20 week ultrasound went great on Tuesday. We've got a healthy looking little one in there! I had the tech write the gender down and put it in an envelope then hurried home to call K and H on Skype. We were all so surprised and excited to find out they are having a sweet baby girl! We all thought she was a boy, Dane was the only one to say girl, because I was so sick. I guess girls really do make me sick ;). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Hello, my nam...

http://livingoutsidethebox2012.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Living outside the box. Tuesday, November 20, 2012. Okay, okay. I have been a very bad blogger! I swear I have good intentions, just always seems to be something more urgent needing my attention. As far as this journey: We are hoping to transfer one embryo by the end of this year. SOON! Allen and I traveled to CT on Nov. 6th and 7th (and 8th) to get our blood work done and my medical screening done. Our appointment was at 8 am, we both got our bloodwork done, then we met our IP's! They are very sweet peo...
