18 de diciembre de 2014. Bizcocho sueco de cardamomo. Lo confieso: nunca antes había utilizado el cardamono. Es una de esas especies que me llamaban la atención, pero por alguna extraña razón no introducía en la cocina. El cardamomo. Es todo aroma y ahí reside su gran atractivo a la hora de utilizarlo en repostería. La prueba es este bizcocho de cardamomo,. Un postre tradicional de Suecia donde recibe el nombre de Kardemummakaka. Vaya, todo ventajas y ninguna excusa para lanzarse a su uso repostero.

19 de febrero de 2015. Magdalenas de harina de algarroba. Esta receta de magdalenas. Es todoterreno: fácil, sencilla y personalizable. En caso de que no tengáis a mano la harina de algarroba. Por cacao en polvo. Y si preferís hacerlas integrales, podéis cambiar la harina de trigo normal por la integral. Como veis, la receta. Ya os hablé de las propiedades de esta harina en este bizcocho. Que hice algunos meses. Evidentemente los amantes del chocolate. Y empezar bien el día. 175 g de azúcar. 60 ml de leche.

16 de abril de 2015. Pan de muesli en panificadora. La receta de esta semana hace días que espera en mi ordenador a ser publicada. Pero la espera para este pan de muesli. Ha acabado. Ya era hora de compartirla. El muesli que he utilizado para este pan lo podéis encontrar en cualquier supermercado y es una buena manera de consumir fibra. Muy saludable para el cuerpo. Este pan de muesli es un claro ejemplo y una manera sana de hacer más variados los desayunos y las meriendas. 300 ml de zumo de manzana.

22 de abril de 2015. Bizcochitos de fresas y yogur. Unir bizcocho y fruta siempre es un acierto. Y si utilizamos fruta de temporada, como son las fresas. Todavía más. Si no tenéis fresas a mano, podéis substituirlas por arándanos o frambuesas y seguro que quedará igual de bueno. Este bizcocho de fresa y yogur. INGREDIENTES (para unos 12 bizcochitos aproximadamente). 150 gr de azúcar de caña integral. 1/2 cucharadita de levadura. 200 g de harina. 1 yogur natural o griego. 30 ml de aceite oliva suave.
