Thursday, April 10, 2014. Day 2 (Wed 2 April) National Museum of Taiwan History. On the second day of my trip, I visited the National Museum of Taiwan History in Tainan. There is more information on this website here. The National Museum of Taiwan History. This model of a small boy forced to leave his village had tears brimming in his eyes. This is a large, monochrom painting on the wall. Fishermen earning their livelihood. Salt from the sea. Members of the religious procession - so life-like.

Thursday, April 10, 2014. Day 2 (Wed 2 April) Looking for Shennong Old Street. Art installation next to the Mitsokoshi building. I walked through a street that had several interesting art installations along the way. See the lady on the scooter again? This was were we parted company and I was really blessed to have met her. Art installations I saw on the way to Shennong. The Old Street is facing this Prosperity Cat. Exploring the Old street. Window display of a small cafe called the Bookeater.
