Danielle wanted us to see her world, so next we went to the mall. What teenager doesn't go to the mall! It looked a lot like a western mall. It actually was very big! The parking lot outside was crazy! There was a sea of motorcycles! Anyway, cuz of all the motorcycles,. They have a parking lot just for them. This was a Hoot! As far as I could see.

Songthaews and Tuk Tuks. Monday, July 17, 2006. The first monk we saw was a monk in training at Walking Street, but we soon found out that we could see monks just about anywhere in Thailand. They were very easy to pick out, as they wore saffron colored robes and had shaved heads. I understand that many, if not most, young Thai men go for some training at some point in their life. They would almost fall over each other stopping, trying to see if they were headed the right way and if they could pick them up.

The birds are trained to fly back to the owner eventually and they do it over and over. They also did some interesting veggie carvings! There are birds in each wicker type bag/basket.
