Rozhodně nechci začít znovu hladovět, abych se dostala zpět do těch horoucích pekel, to rozhodně ne, ale krátkodobě bych chtěla svůj příjem docela dost srazit, držet ho okolo 4000 Kj denně a přidat kardio (aerobik, začít zase běhat) a až se mi podaří se dostat na tu váhu, na kterou chci, navýšit příjem a začít na sobě makat abych se zpevnila.
