I just need to talk this out. When we're stuck in our work, what's the best way to figure out a path forward? We need to talk it out. Talk with a thought partner. It's lonely at the top. Or anywhere in an organization. We often work in isolation, whether in a startup or even in a large company. Alone with our plans and ideas, they feel like messy knots in our heads.
