Tuesday, September 13, 2011. So, I've been out of my boot for about a month and a half now. I jumped on my bike immediately after the doctor gave me the go-ahead. Four days after I was freed, I did a 10-mile ride at the Tour de Goatneck in 45 minutes. And, at the end of August, I did the 25-mile ride at the Hotter 'N Hell 100 in about 2 hours. Not bad.
