I heard it wreaks havoc with your weight, and instead of being discouraged, I'm going to weight until it's over to see if I met my goal for Jan 10th, which should have been 245lbs. Fingers crossed! I've been tracking my weight, that's a given, but I know what has been said about tracking your inches because sometimes you lose inches and not weight, so I thought about buying a pair of pants 1 size smaller than I can wear and trying them on once a week to see how they are coming.
