He registered a series of firsts over the past couple days. Max met Kyle, they got on just fine. He got strapped to my chest and. We all went for a walk up and down our street. My toes are cold. A photo blog of our time in Alaska and beyond. Sunday, June 21, 2015. It's the freakin' weekend! Lots of posting 'round these parts, must be summer. A few housekeeping notes, I've been getting out for evening runs and it's been great. The mountains out here are close and a whole lot of fun. The weather cooled down a bit but stayed dry this weekend so we were out and about. First stop, reading in Max's room to prep for the day. Then home again to get cleaned up. Until next post, cheers!

My toes are cold. A photo blog of our time in Alaska and beyond. Sunday, May 31, 2015. It's hot (for up here). Lot of typing up there, in construction related news, Max tore the head off of his Bob the Builder work bench. He felt bad about it so he tried to put Bob's head back on. Yep We took advantage of the good weather and took a couple trips to Delong Lake. He enjoyed himself and found a preferred bench from which to watch the goings-on. Next up was the weekend and that's when things really took off.

Arthur getting attacked by a mountain lion. Back in the early spring, the tree in front of our house blossomed for a solid week. Denver on my way to school. I love these murals. My toes are cold. A photo blog of our time in Alaska and beyond. Saturday, June 20, 2015. It has been hot here. Low 80's for over a week. We could not find a fan to buy at the store and people are complaining, but Max seems just fine. We've been going to the lakes near our house after work most nights. Alissa brought some watermelon, Max was impressed. Charlie and Max, keeping busy at the "beach". Selfies are okay when there's a baby involved. Max takes in DeLong Lake. Snacks at the top.

At Toes N Tails, we take pride in hand raising our kittens to be the purrfect companion for their future families. Each kitten gets a well rounded upbringing.
