I've started a new blog called "Parshah Thoughts" ( http:/ mytorahblog.blogspot.com/. In which I will offer commentary on each week's Torah portion (in Hebrew, "parshah"). For those who don't know, each week Jews read a portion of the Torah in synagogue. There have been thousand of years of commentaries on the Torah, by rabbis and by laypersons.

Not on television - the bastards - but the North American DVD release, originally scheduled only for Canada, will now extend to the US, too. Of course, Americans could purchase the season 1 boxed set from amazon.ca, but now we won't have to. It's due out Feb. 16, 2006, with all the extras of the UK boxed set. Great news! The Doctor Who Blog.
