Sunday, 3 June 2012. Lentil Stew (the best ever! That is all that needs to be said! I know, it is not the sexiest looking food BUT it is not really a romantic dinner food anyway, so grab a bowl (a big bowl) and curl up in front of telly. Sounds like a perfect night in for me :). 400g potatoes, cut into chunks. 2 smaller parsnips, cut into chunks. 2 carrots, cut into chunks. 2 tbsp curry powder. 60g red split lentils. Garlic clove, crushed. 1 tbsp of plain yoghurt. Adapted from BBC Good Food. Estonian law...

The blooming flowers make the city so beautiful. People seem genuinely more happy, while sitting in a park or dining. I have to say, I was genuinely surpr...

Belle de Cuisine: May 2012
http://www.belledecuisine.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, 20 May 2012. Soon it's all over though.). Very dark picture isn't it? Totally reflects my feelings towards my exams. :). Monday, 14 May 2012. The name of these beauties says it all. Creaminess and richness of a cheesecake combined with the cuteness of cupcakes- simply brilliant! I came up with the idea and then realised that I was not the only one, which I do not mind, it simply means that the idea is tested and proved to be great (In this case tried and tested by one of my favourite bloggers).

Belle de Cuisine: The Jubilee Lunch
http://www.belledecuisine.com/2012/06/jubilee-lunch.html
Monday, 4 June 2012. Ahhhthe jubilee weekend. Regardless of whether one is a royalist, this weekend has been absolutely amazing. The pageant was quite something and the concert has been truly entertaining (with over a quarter of a million people around Buckingham palace enjoying it! But nothing has impressed me more, than the the way people have welcomed the celebrations. There have been street parties across the country and so many people out waving the flag, despite the rain. Belle de Cuisine: Twisted Banana Muffins
http://www.belledecuisine.com/2012/11/twisted-banana-muffins.html
Tuesday, 13 November 2012. When I say twisted, I mean twisted. Simply put a dollop of soft Nutella in the middle of the uncooked muffin and twist it around with a cocktail stick, be careful not to mix too much. Once they are cooked, you get the lovely Nutella coating that melts slightly when warm. Errr. how can you resist that? 75g of melted butter. 250g self raising flour. Pinch of bicarbonate of soda. 120g of caster sugar. 1tsp of vanilla extract. 100ml of natural yoghurt. Labels: Cupcakes and muffins.
