The story of my journey to (hopefully) get a vasectomy. Ok, here is the update on my surgery. A few days late, but here non the less…. My appointment was last Friday at 11am. I showed up at 10:45 as was instructed by the doctor so I could get the paperwork done. I got the paperwork done, and met with the doctor at about 11:10 or so. The story of my journey to (hopefully) get a vasectomy. Tomorrow at 10:45 am is when I go in for the surgery! I still need to double check everything and make sure everything is ready to go (oh, and I need to finally remember to go by the ATM and get the rest of the money out for the procedure, lol I keep forgetting that! I did read that I should be back to short runs after about a week, so that won’t be too bad. I will probably do a few miles tonight and maybe even a few more in the morning.

The story of my journey to (hopefully) get a vasectomy. I finally got out and went for my first run since the surgery. It was 4.5 days since I had the vasectomy. I did a short run of only about 2.8 miles. I am not sure what pace I ran. I wasn’t expecting to be able to run the whole time so I didn’t bother to bring my Garmin. With me.
