This recipe takes banana bread to the next level. 1/2 cup buckwheat flour. 1 cup whole wheat flour. 1/2 cup organic creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup organic brown sugar. 1 tsp baking soda. 3 over-ripe bananas (I used an extra one for the top of the loaf). 1/2 cup organic agave nectar or honey.

Although this stuffing didn't go into a bird, it fit perfectly in my roasted acorn squash. This healthy stuffing is packed with sweet and salty flavors. 2 Tbsp Olive Oil. 5 Cloves of Garlic (minced). 1 bag organic frozen peas (cook them). 6 slices of toasted Ezekiel Bread. 1 cup organic dried cranberries. 1 Tsp Chili Powder.
