Cocinando un mundo mejor. Domingo, 5 de julio de 2015. Salsa de coco, lima y cilantro. Esta salsa nos sirve para dipear unas papas tipo deluxe, hervidas. unas verduritas a la plancha o al vapor. Añadirla a una ensalada de pasta o de cous cous por ejemplo. Es súper fácil de preparar y su sabor te sorpenderá por su frescura! 8-10 cucharadas de leche de coco (de lata, la que es más espesita). 1 lima pequeña rallada y en zumo (si no la consigues, también queda rica con limón, pero pon sólo 1/2 de zumo).
