My Very Own Soapbox. Tuesday, January 31, 2012. I'll admit it, I'm totally disappointed with myself. Again. You know how you hit a lull and then just make it worse. Well that's where I am right now. But then Josh made dinner, and it was amazing. I had no idea there were so many calories in a steak though, holy crap. Plus he made Bernaise sauce, even more amazing! It's made of butter and egg yolks, no wonder it tastes good, there's not a single redeeming thing about it! 8 oz Filet with Bernaise Sauce.
