Doing This My Way. Saturday, August 20, 2005. Shapers Body Composition Test 2. Ok off to a pretty good start, I decided to go back to Shapers since summer is almost done. I went last night and got weighed on the simple scale witch said I lost 3lbs, which is actually good but I figure I would wait for my composition test for sure. Weight 142.2 lbs. BMI 21.6 (average 18-25). Fat % 27.8%. Impendance 536 (average 200-650). Fat mass 39.6 lb. FFM 102.6 lb. TBW 75.21 lb. Fat mass 27-2-50.6 lb. Target BF% is 24%.
