Som bloggens namn säger så får ni följa min väg till mina mål, att bli fit! Publicerad 2014-10-18 10:23:34 i Allmänt. Gå 3 min, springa 7min och gå 1 min. Ganska jobbigt men vet inte om tekniken var hundra rätt. 12st sista inte riktigt ända upp som de andra, 54kg. Pressade mig så jag verkligen inte orkade en till, jobbigt med rätt roligt. Mage, medicinboll med dutt på sidorna. Inte så jobbigt, kunde lägga mer fokus och seriösihet på det. Främre, gå nära, hålla blocken. Bakre, gå nära, hålla blocken.
