My Weight Loss Diary. My first and bold step towards change. Day 31-It’s been a month already? Published July 27, 2014. Am I the only one here who thinks time is picking up a faster pace everyday? Today marks the end of a month in my weight loss journey! One month and I still haven’t weighed me yet. But I’m pretty sure I’ve come down a few pounds, because I feel lighter and my dresses don’t suffocate me much these days! PS: While my body is showing significant changes, my face is all flabby and fatty!

My Weight Loss Diary. My first and bold step towards change. Day 33 One of those days. Published July 29, 2014. Today was one of those days when we just don’t feel like making the right choices. When we are tired of all the strictness and self control. Today, the only good thing I did was go for a 30 minute brisk walk.
