Friday, October 29, 2010. Hot, mulled apple cider is a favorite of mine! I love when fall rolls around and I can start drinking this tasty beverage. I gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling inside when I start to smell all the spices blend with the apple juice. Very comforting. :). I always add extra cinnamon in my cider. I love cinnamon. (Did you know that cinnamon helps your blood sugar go down? Well, it does. So add more cinnamon to your daily diet. :) ). Cozy up to some mulled apple cider tonight!

Even though I've been sick all week, all I really wanted to do was spend New Years in our warm little house snuggled up with my boyfriend and our dog. I've never been one to want to deal with all the mass hoopla that happens on the eve, but these photos are making me feel differently for this upcoming new year. I can dream for net year, but until then I've some laundry and a New Years Day dinner to prepare. We're having some black eyed peas, my Grandmother always says they're good luck.

Monday, September 20, 2010. Petite, Gluten-Free Waffle Cones, Made At Home. :). Last week, I ordered a Waffle Cone Maker. I got the petite version instead of the regular size. I decided to go with the petite version for a few reasons:. 1 Anything mini is super cute in my book. 2 I can make a stroopwafles. Or a version similar)! Created in the Netherlands and are a favorite in my house.). Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Soy-Free Petite Waffle Cones. Ahhh I am excited to fill them and eat them now!

Edward and Sons Trading Co. - The same company I use for my gf sprinkles). When I discovered they made sugar cones (on top) as well as the cake cones (on bottom), I became as giddy as a school girl. Friday, September 3, 2010. What a great treat to have on Labor Day Weekend (or whenever your heart desires). The s'mores (pictured below) I made in the comfort of my home, using my toaster oven. They are super easy to make, and it takes little to no time at all! Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Soy-free, Egg-free. I found some gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free graham-style crackers called " S'moreables. No worries, though, if you can not find these graham-style crackers, feel free to use a gf cookie instead.
