Blog about my experience with the practice of yoga. Friday, June 10, 2005. Thursday we had a substitute teacher who brought a thermos full of hot stones. During Savasana she placed them in our hands, on our third eye, and our heart center. Since the room was so hot already I wasn't to thrilled about having hot stones placed on my body.
