Bruce is a big lego fan. when he was younger, he had a paper route, and he spent the majority of his spending money from that on legos. he has two apple boxes and a large toolbox full of legos. when rachel was little, we bought her some lego duplos to introduce her, but bruce has just been waiting for the day that he could play legos with the kids. Wednesday, February 13, 2013. Is it Spring yet? Is anyone else SICK of this cold, snowy winter? I am so tired of having to put on a coat to go outside. I think the reason I am most excited for it to warm up is so I can take Nix outside and show him everything! I can't wait for summer when we can play outside together. We're excited to move forward as a family outside of Utah. Next month I'm turning 25.yikes! Bless his heart, he is making me so anxious now! Aaaand one more video :). The Dru- wick- ee's.

Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Well we made it to Michigan! And so incredibly boring. Had I known, I would have left even sooner to get home to Michigan. Wednesday, March 19, 2014. At the beginning of fall, i started reading lessons with rachel. it felt a little early to me, but she was so curious about letters and started trying to read along with me while i read the little house. Books out loud to her, so i decided to go for it and see how it went. we used teach your child to read in 100 easy lessons. Which is what i learned with, and several of my extended family members used. i loved it. it worked so well. Here she is when we finished her lessons:.
