After a rest day on April 18 in Maun Botswana, the TDA bikers rode 5 days in a west southwesterly direction to Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. So in early December I went in to HealthPartners to find out what vaccinations and medications were recommended for this upcoming African visit. In less than an hour I had had five shots and three prescriptions to fill plus a 107 page printout giving me more information than I can or care to digest.
